Built For Bad Strength Circuits, Wave Loading

Hi Christian, Im searching some waves for peaking and this high frequency look awesome. I want to ask if these circuits are a good idea for naturals, and what percentages of RM by the day ( Mon-100, Tues-95,Thurs-90,Frid-85,Sat-80)?

When I’m using a high frequency (whole body 3-4 times per week) the workouts are normally in this order:

Day 1 - Heaviest
Day 2 - Easiest (more technique, or speed focus)
Day 3 - Second heaviest
Day 4 - Second easiest (this is where you could go with slow eccentrics or paused lifting)
