Im in my first week of Built for Bad and already loving it. I was curious if the rest days should fall back to back or if I could do 3 days on/1 off/2 on/1 off. Normally I’d assume that this would be fine, but with the nature of this program I just wanted to make sure that moving the rest days is acceptable. Im also curious about your thought on super light, pump style lateral raises as the assistance work–might they interfere with recovery for pressing movements? Ive been alternating cable rope curls and laterals as assistance so far and havent noticed any undue shoulder soreness. My triceps, traps, and quads are definitely feeling it though!
