how would you best build the upper back shelf training 3x a week? I am in season so can go to gym three times. At the moment its:
Monday: Power Clean 5x5, Squat 5x5, Incline 5x4 (80% of Fri), Weighted Pullups 4x6
Wednesday: Deadlift 5x5 Military Press 5x5, Thick BB Curl 4x6
Friday: Power Clean 5x5 Squat 5x4 (80% of Mon), Incline Press 5x5, Weighted Pullups 4x6
I was suspecting from some of your recent work that snatch pulls might be preferable to power cleans and yield the same benefits of explosive power training etc.
