Building the Squat for a 1B

Coach Thibaudeau,

After purchasing the neurotype test and the program I found out that I’m a 1B. Specifically I’m trying to increase my leg strength but I’m unsure of how to go about it. Like you’ve mentioned previously, pause work and partials don’t really carryover. Is my best bet just upping the frequency and keeping the relative intensity high? Sometimes my strength gains don’t stick after specialization programs as well. Thanks.
