Deadlift Ladder- 495lbs/224kg ~ 545lbs/247kg ~ 585lbs/265kg (without straps…)
Sandbag Sled Medley- 50ft/15.25m course: 220lbs/100kg sandbag, 265lbs/120kg, throw them on a sled and drag them back.
Stone Series over 52"/1.3m: 245lbs/111kg ~ 285lbs/129kg ~ 300lbs/136kg
Pretty confident in my ability on log. I’ve walked heavier farmers for 50ft so I just need to be fast, deadlift ladder I might run into some trouble with 585lbs but I’ll give it a go regardless, sandbag medley I’m confident in because I’m a professional at eating shit, and stones are something I know I have the strength to do, I just need to make sure my overall endurance allows me to by the end of the show.
Also, deadlift ladder on regular bars, or is it gonna be on a 5 inch diameter axle or something equally as dumb?
2 normal bars and then a deadlift bar for the heaviest weight.
