Building Muscle....Imagine This

I am 33 years old…and due to an injury in which i tore a cord in my right pec so to speak, i have lost alot of size in both my chest and my arms. i had to down size my equipment to move into an apartment. all i have left is: 1-barbell for curls, 120 lbs in freeweights, 2-20 dumbells, an excercise ball i got from walmart (the inflatable kind.)

i need a challenge… i am not good at planning a weight program with what i have… i have tried to keep it interesting…i need someone to plan one out for me if possible…help me rip it up!

At the very least get more plates
