Hello CT :slight_smile: My Question is if the Build Muscle With Heavy Singles Article from you would be good in a Diet ( Fat loss) .I’m not sure but i think you said when on a Diet holding the strength is the best someone can the to safe muscles.

Yes, maintaining strength is the key to keeping your muscles when dieting down. BUT from experience you should use higher reps than singles while still focusing on strength… sets of 3-5 are good for this, sets of 1 with max weights is too hard on the joints when dieting down.

Thank you for the fast answer, if you have the time what would be the best layer Method for dieting down? could someone do Ramp to 3RM / Density/ Carries or is this to much ?
