Agreed, do some box squats or wall squats and work on your form a little more. Speed/strength aren’t the issue, but that form tweak will save your knees and jack up your squat big time.

Yeah…you are even wearing flat shoes. I can see the knee’s going forward a bit more than normal on a max effort lift using olympic shoes…but you got flats.
You DEFINATELY need to break at the hips first.
