BTW: Not trying to be rude, I’m just trying to say that I have an extremely slow metabolism. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten more than 3000-3200kcal pr day over a long period of time.
The only time I’ve eaten more was on the ranger-exercises in the army, where we did something like 8000-9000kcal a day, but then again: we ran around with 70-80kg backpacks all day long…
Well by the looks of your picture it looks like your doing something right , looking strong.

I just have a hard time understanding how I can eat 5500kcals a day and still not get fat. I guess I could try it in the summer, when I have the time and money to do it properly.

It has to do with “what” you’re eating, which is just as important as “how much” you eat. If you get that many calories and it’s all quick-digesting carbs and/or fat, then anyone would balloon up.
traps and delts look decent…
the rest is just flabby and mediocre

I am also 6’2 and I look similar to you and I am around 210 to 215. I would have guessed you would have weighed similar, but maybe I have more muscle on my legs or you have smaller legs or something.[/quote]
lol. How is that different? “Either I have bigger legs or you have smaller legs”

LOL your a little tough on the guy, i understand that this is “rate my physique” and he probably should have posted this in physique and performances photos, but i think he should at least get a good job for the accomplishment that he made
Good job! Keep it up- your on the right track
Maybe i missed this above… But can u outline ur exercise routine… u are lifting weights correct?
Also is ur only goal strengthening ur back?
Can we see more pics… like perhaps one of your back?
I feel like its ur chest and abs that need the most work aesthetically. And you will always gain some sort of functional advantage from core strengthening especially considering the nature of ur job
I do hold that this is rate my phsyique and as such i rate ppls physiques and not their progress… but none the less good job… 70 lbs is like slothing off a middle school sized girl
ps you look like you could be the tall dude from mad TV’s brother
