leg press–I know! baby steps for my back, this leg press was similar to a hotel gym one but that’s all I can handle seriously for my spine- 2 sets of a minute of pressin. I set it for 90# then 110
flipped the stuffed animal tire ( 175#), then the 225# one for whatever , maybe 100 feet, push their “tank” prowler type device

Hip circle is starting to work, I’ve been using it for warm ups and it almost makes me sweat which I rarely do! good sign.
I was visited by someone’s good heart yesterday. I lost my wallet! In the Costco parking lot!!! But someone found it and returned it without anything missing!!! Thank you kind person, it really made me feel lucky! I will play that forward x 1,000.
