Today 7 mile walk, total of 70 push ups, 70 back extensions, and 25 or so pull ups

I forgot I filmed the frame carries yesterday! here’s 440. I felt very stable lifting off this. I know its very limited ROM, however I’ll take it.

Here’s a vid of one of the Bulgarians, kinda a distorted angle but its there. I’m off today!!! HEEEYYYYY!!! And I had a traditional holiday lifting day—spend as much time as I want doing whatever. It was fabulous!

I do have a question? I’m not well versed in Strong woman training, but would you say farmers walks are more challenging than just deadlifting? To me it seems farmer walking is a heck of a lot more tactful.

Hey planetcybertron!! I personally think dead lifts are harder if you are talking normal barbell ones and much harder to recover from. Barbell being lower so you have more ROM if you are just considering the amount of wt you can pull up but really I think carries give you more for your efforts and don’t totally destroy you the next day–usually;)

I DO NOT understand why they are not as popular as regular lifts, truly they do a world of good. One reason MIGHT be they will for sure thicken your waist noticeably because they will thicken your obliques and all your other abs too, however they are just making you more athletic and leaner overall and are easier to put into your training. You can start at basically an empty tbar, whatever # sandbag and do so many different things you can’t get bored and you’ll see a difference in your body. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try!!

Today 7 mile walk. I might have pumped my arms too powerfully on my walk and it angered my left side on my clavicle!! So no push ups today just in case.

I , um, have a history of over pushuping!! Which caused that left side of my shoulder to get pissed! So I am cautious!

That’s it. A rough day yesterday. A incredibly negative, LOUD, snotty coworker and a seizing screaming thrashing greyhound that did not stop doing all three for 6 hours. The coworker will continue it indefinitely.

I am on the verge with this one coworker. She has a lot of good qualities but it is becoming increasingly confident in herself which for her compels her to keep her status in her mind by talking shit about everyone and everything else. Everything done to her or effecting her has an ulterior motive, everyone has some selfish plan, everyone has some kinda tactic in her mind when its just a job. One of those.

She’s also of course incredibility sensitive of course I hate to say it but its true that she’s a classic bully in putting others down, casting such a huge zone of negativity around herself as amour.

Its completely exhausting being around her snottiness even when it is not directed at me which it never has been. I’m on the verge of telling the higher ups which for is a big deal. And the screaming dog did not help.
