I bruise easy, really easy in fact. I often have small and large bruises / black and purple spots, and i have even had compartment syndrome in my leg after a sparring session.
I have notices small black bruises on my biceps and forearms after a couple of back workouts, and the last year it has been more and more often. Now i get them after almost every damn back workout.
So what the hell is going on here? I don’t think this should be happening, but at the same time i don’t feel like its a big enough deal for me to bother a doctor about it. Is this nothing or could i be suffering from a Deficiency of some sort, or maybe just have weak veins ?
Just kinda scary if my veins are weak or damaged or whatever, and i get one of these small bruises / bleeds inside my head…
