Hello guys iam new to the forum. Just want to know if any one else has had this happen and what did they do. About 2 months ago i had 305lbs slip out of my hand while doing flat bench. Had a bad lift off and down it came.
Went to the doctor here and they said is was a bruised sternum. I rested for 3 weeks than got back to the gym. I still have pain. So ive been doing complexes no chest work at all. When ever i try pull up or any thing that spreads my chest i hear a click and then the pain comes. Is there any way to work around this?
