Brown Rice?

  1. Long grain or meduim grain and why?

  2. Can you recommend any brands/personal faves?

I want to wean myself off of white rice already.

I can’t comment on the long grain or medium grain. However, I try to get an organic brand as much as I can.

Having said that, brown rice is still a starchy carb (high carbs) so should be eaten primarily post-workout.
