broken fridge ... bulking time


fridge went down last night apparently ... i'm not a fan of throwing stuff away, so looks like ill be eating ALOT of chicken breasts and salmon....

on 4ad right now, so i guess it isnt such a bad time? :stuck_out_tongue:


You don't have a cooler? If you do, get some ice. Or...even get ice and put it in the fridge or freezer. That can be your cooler.

Yup i got the cooler, but when i woke up, everything was already thawed ... so i cooked it all .. 20 chicken breasts, 6 salmon steaks, and more ... yummy


Get a fiber suppelment if you plan on eating all of that. You will get seriously backed up if you don't. Plan on crapping out Mt Fuji.
