Has anyone seen an upper body only split as prescribed by Christian Thib? I have a broken foot and blown out ankle so I'm looking to make the most of upper body training until I can train legs again. Thanks for any ideas or links to past posts and articles.
what about glutes, quads, and hammies?
I can probably do some hamstring curls but I don't know if I can get up on the reverse hyper without stressing my foot. I can't do anything where I'm putting stress on my foot. I can probably do extensions and maybe one leg leg press with my good leg.
