Recently I was Split jerking my way into excellence when something went horribly wrong, The bar crashed backwards, yanking my shoulder out of socket and smashing my arm in two at the humerus. It has been a week and a half since surgery and I’m starting to regain feeling in my arm, in fact I can move it around naturally. The only problem is the dislocation; It has made it impossible to lift anything with my injured arm without searing pain in my AC joint.
I need advice on what I should do to get my shoulder back in to shape so I can rehab my arm properly. Anything is appreciated.
