TPWiaBTT: W3D3: Squat

Squat: 370x3, 325x8 (Close-Stance, Heels Elevated)
Leg Curls - Machine Broken (will consider this my “Deload week”) for this specific movement and go hard on them during the actual Deload.)
Leg Raises: 12/12/12

(Actual) Bike: A little less than an hour

Probably have another squat PR in the bag on a day where I’m feeling good, I could’ve most likely hit 6 or 7 on that top set. And I feel like I’m getting really fucking strong only the variation I’ve been using for my backoff sets.

Posted the wrong thing in the wrong spot but I MEANT to give you kudos on your squat.

Yeah that’s not a typo lol. This is a stupidly light leg press machine so I decided to have some fun the last day before my Deload and do this. It looked about as dumb as you’d expect:

That’s the real challenge of leg pressing that much!

Back in Alabama. Didn’t go for PR’s today (except the leg curls but who cares,) just hit a few moderate singles and got out. There’s like three weeks left in the semester for me to lock up my grades and then it’s back to MD.

Hey, any PR no matter how insignificant it is I think is worth celebrating. You got stronger, and on a leg curl I’d say that’s pretty big since it works a prime mover for your squat and dead
