It’s called “LSU,” if you’ve heard of it
Oh yeah. Bunch of assholes go there

Submitting an application to work for UA’s undergrad law journal as an associate editor. Because apparently we have one of those. Also got nominated into an SGA board as an ex officio member because of my QSA position. No graded work yet, but the content from all my classes seems like it should be manageable this semester.

I believe this is what the youths refer to as “thicc”
Thicc Thighs Save Lives

Easy and air bike can never be used together. LOL
@simo74 Air bike sprints are honestly some of the worst (best) conditioning I’ve gotten since wrestling lol. If I ever end up home-gymming down the line I’m definitely going to get one.
TPWiaB W27D6: Squat
Squat: 355x3 (PR,) 365x2 (Match PR), 3x1@375 (PR,) 275x8 (Close-Stance Heels-Elevated)
Prone Ham Curls: 110x19/10/6 RP
Ending the cycle with an exclamation mark. Will probably take a shot at 395 (safe) or 405 (cool) over the deload week.
TPWiaB W27D7 & W28D1: Deload Bench & Cardio
Bench: Work to 250x1 (PR)
NG Chins: 3x6
Air Bike: 6x(0:30 Sprint, 2:00 Cruise)
Bench PR actually looks pretty solid. And despite the weird angle the video’s taken at, it did touch my chest.
Ignore the part after where I almost fall off the bench lol
No video for me but I am just going to imagine you smashing out 250 and then falling off the bench. Nice job
That’s honestly like 90% of what happened. Peak athleticism on display lol
Looks like a thoracic spine mobility PR to me
TPWiaB W28D2: Deload Front Squat
Front Squat: Work to 300x1 (PR)
Spent like twice as long waiting for a rack as I did working up to chipping that PR. Moved pretty well, depth looks great.
