Wow guys. Thanks for the honesty. As an ex swimmer I seemed to have been blessed with wide shoulders and lats, a good chest but long slim arms and legs. I am trying to plenty more powerlifting and kettlebell work this year as having year off competing to try to thicken up my physique and bring up my hamstrings too.

Great work! What are your lifts if you don’t mind me asking?

I have been doing 3 x weights workouts per week now for 4 weeks. Session one based around squats, 2 - Bench and 3 - Deadlifts. On top of this I do 2 x kickboxing sessions and a kettlebell session per week. (as a PT I also do the odd HIIT Circuit session with a client)

My best lifts at wk 1 were squat 140kg, bench 140kg and deadlift 180kg.
am aware that my squat should be more then bench.workin on it
