Ok just setting this up so that I can track my progress over time. I do Kickboxing and Judo and my goal is to gain weight and strength. After I reach the weight I want and reach my strength goal ill start focusing on sport specific training but I want the strength foundations first.

My Routine is as follows. Im only including the weight training since I dont do cardio right now and my stretching and bag work isn’t measurable.

Long Term Goals
Weigh 90kg with 10% BF
Squat 180kg
Bench 135kg
Deadlift at least 180kg

Squats 5x5
Bench 5x5
Bent Over Rows 5x5
Barbell Curls 3x8
Tricep Extensions 3x8
Twisted sit ups 3 sets
Hypers 3 sets

Wed
Deadlifts 5x5
Squats 5x5
Military Press 5x5

Fri
Squats 5x5
Bench 5x5
Bent Over Rows 5x5
