I have been cutting recently and I’m prolly around about 10% body fat (never have really trained abs so they dont really bulge out). I am currently running and upper lower split (heavy lower mon, light upper tues, light lower thurs and heavy upper fri). I wanted to add saturday as an optional day to work on my weak points. However since you can’t build muscle of a cut since youre in a deficit would it even be worth trying to bring up my weak points during a cut ?
I wouldn’t bother… just get the fatloss done as fast as possible (while maintaining as much lean mass as possible obvi)
then tackle your weak points in a surplus
If you’re doing a weekly refeed or cheat, plan your “weak” days around them.
