I finished the B workout Monday in King’s Bring the Pain phase 3. Now I know where the Bring the Pain comes from. I still can’t walk right or sit down without bracing myself first. This has been a great program so far. How are the rest of you guys doing on it? Do you think mixing the Super Strength Workout on days 2 and 4 with Bring the Pain on 1 and 3 is going to amount to overtraining? Its worked pretty good so far for two weeks.
