Breakfast Shake Inspiration

Bought myself a fancy blender and some supposedly nice tasting EAAs. Going to make myself a breakfast shake in the mornings from now on (not a huge breakfast fan but I could drink a shake).

What would you put in the shake? So far I’ve decided on:

-Coconut Milk
-Pineapple EAAs (I figured pineapple would work best with the coconut, kind of a pina colada vibe going on)
-Frozen blueberries
-Frozen raspberries

Anybody got any ideas of what else I could add? I’m struggling for inspiration

a greens powder! I could add that

  • Good quality yogurt, flavored or plain (I like Siggi’s)

  • Almond milk, or normal milk (I like Fairlife ultra-filtered - no lactose, less sugar, more protein)

  • Peanut butter or Almond butter

  • Bananas

Not necessarily all in the same shake, but some ideas.

Taste wise kiwi goes really well, tons of Vit C too

ah nice, particularly the yogurt! Definitely adding that. Thanks, mate

Mine is fairly simple but most effective…

2 scoops Metabolic Drive vanilla added to 20 ounces of chilled black coffee.

Or I add 2 scoops Metabolic Drive chocolate if I’m feeling a mocha thing going on.

I usually brew extra coffee the day before and store it in the fridge so its nice and chilled for the next morning.

Here’s my favorite:

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 banana
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee
Crushed ice

My pleasure. I eat yogurt almost every day - it tastes good (even plain), creamy texture, and lots of protein w/ minimal sugar. Yum.
