Breakfast Options?

For the last few months I have been eating a breakfast of:

2 cup egg whites/beaters
handful spinach
slice of cheese
1 cup pineapple
cup or two of green tea

Now I love pineapple, spinach, tea, but the eggs are driving me crazy. Eggs have never been my favorite thing in the world and now after months of eating them I am looking for a change. What other kind of stuff can I mix in a few days a week to give me the same breakdown in nutrition as this breakfast I am already eating?

If you want to keep the same recipe, substitute some sliced turkey breast for the eggs. Then the only thing you’ll have to cook is the hot water for your tea.

What is it that you don’t like about eggs, besides having them seven days a week? Unless you have unusually high cholesterol, I think real, fresh, whole eggs taste a hundred times better, and are far more versatile in how you can prepare them, than the pasteurized, processed goo that you pour from a carton.
