Breakfast Ideas

Heres some great recipes for breakfast. each one will contain different versions(v1,v2,etc.) for those who only use Low-Carb Grow! and not Classic Grow! also or buy Biotest Surge because of budgets (god I know how that can be)

the quick mass breakfast
(V1)Three scoops Classic Grow!
one scoop of Biotest Surge

(V2)three scoops Classic Grow!
25 grams sugar

The crap I woke up three hours early:

(V1)one cup of oatmeal and two cups of water
put in microwave for three minutes
go back to bed until alarm goes off
then add three scoops of Low-Carb Grow!

(V2)half cup of oats one cup of water
same as above but add Classic Grow! instead

the anabolic breafast

(V1) two scoops of Low-Carb Grow!
one scoop of Biotest Surge

(V2) Two scoops of Classic Grow!
one scoop Low-Carb Grow!
10 grams sugar

the i can’t gain mass breakfast

(V1)one and half cups oats
three cups of water
microwave above three minutes
then cool and add
three scoops Classic Grow!

(V2)two cups oats
three and a half cups water
same as above but add two scoops of Low-Carb Grow!

the i love dessert in the morning

(V1)one packet sugar-free pudding
two cups skim milk
two scoops Low-Carb Grow!
mix all together put in fidge over night

(V2)one packet sugar-free pudding
one cup skim milk
one cup water
three scoops of Classic Grow!
mix all together put in fridge over night

Of course all the recipes can be tweeked
to meet your needs,but I hope this helps. They can also be good for healthy protein-carb meals and not just breakfast
