I consume around 70g fat per day in the way of Brazil Nuts as the majority of the fats are good ones. My question is can I eat my 100g Brazil Nuts all in one go or would it be better for me to spread these Nuts out in different meals? Many thanks
I’d spread it out. You should break that up into three portions and use them throughout the day. I would also make sure you are getting some protein at the same time.
Is your goal to bulk or cut? If it’s bulk then it may not matter.
I am trying to cut and its going well but if im doing something wrong then I want to rectify this! Also, I am not just eating them alone but also with approx 50-60g of protein such as chicken or fish.Thanx for your reply
