Brand New-Ajax Fitness Log

Been wanting to start a log here for a while and decided today was the day. Get some feed back and learn a bit from everybody. Plus I lurk all the time so I need to quit being a creeper and but my 2 cents in. Hopefully soon I will upload some pics and videos but i suck at multimedia type activities.

Really short breaks today. Just took as needed on the box squats. Probably why i failed on 6. On the shoulder press took 1 min for the first 3 sets then 2 min for the last 2 sets.
I had a little kettlebell/deck squat conditioning planned but my legs no longer worked so that got scrapped.
