If I think im sensitive to caffeine should I half dose each Brain Candy bottle? I know after I drink one red bull my heart is pounding and that only contains 80mg of caffeine. and brain candy contains 300mg.
Why would you buy the one with caffeine added if you have such a problem with caffeine?
No you should not only drink half a dose. Wait for the caffeine free.
Red Bulls has other ingredients that can cause that as well. I had the same concern about the amount of caffiene in Brain Candy. There is an small initial blush of caffiene, but I really don’t feel any bad side effects from it. From what I read on the Live Spills, it is because of the mix of other ingredients.
