I’ve done a few training logs on this forum, although it’s been awhile since I’ve done any serious lifting.
I don’t have any aspirations to grind to an elite total (yet), although I do want to set a few shorter term goals to at least keep me motivated. If I can achieve these, I’ll either fade back into the shadows or set more goals.
Goal #1: 405 double overhand deadlift, beltless
It’s possible that I could have done this at some point but I need to see it to believe it.
Goal #2: 315 bench press
This has been a milestone that I’ve never been able to hit. Definitely going to be the more challenging goal of the two as my 1rm is probably sitting around a paltry 215.
