Boxing--and lifting

can someone please clear up what sort of excersizes a boxer should be doing in order to increase explosive speed, and power as well?
im not sure what excersizes are the best , how many reps should be done, or exactly what body parts should be worked.

any advice is appreciated

However that, also realize that sport specific training is what is needed. You need to work punching skills? Then work on the heavy bag as well as perform more ring work. Explosive punching power has alot to do with technique.
