It seems lately alot of sports players have started using boxing as an off-season conditioning program. I was thinking about boxing in the basketball off-season about 5 times a week and strength training 3x a week (along with basketball skill training)
my question is shouls I just use boxing as conditioning or add addtional conditioning drills?

Boxing five times a week and 3 times a week strength training ? you’ll be too wasted to add anything !
