How do you guys feel about boxers lifting weights? Heavyweights such as Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr both lifted weights and it clearly did them some good! My question is why isn't weight lifting a big deal for training for boxers? Most boxers obviously train cardio and technique, but increased triceps power would surely pack a punch?
