Box Squat Technique for Hypertrophy

Hi CT,
Quick question on box squat technique and what’s the best method for hypertrophy.

  1. Would doing a touch and go keeping tension on the quads with a 1-2 sec pause on the touch or the Westside version where you sit down releasing tension with 1-2 sec pause be best for hypertrophy?
