Box Squat Form

Ive been doing box squats for a few months mainly touch and go. just finished reading through elite fts articles and searching this site, couldnt find a clear answer concerning pausing at the bottom. are you suppose
to sit and relax your legs on the box or just pause. thanks for any advice.

Yep, keep all the support muscles tight, relax the hips, then back up.
