Box Jumps

Jim,

When you train clients whose primary goal is to increase strength, and you incorporate box jumps into their program, do you have them progress on them (such as increase box height), or do they just stay at that same box height throughout training?

We generally do 3 to 5 sets of 3-5 reps. Height is whatever is challenging but not impossible. The point of the box jump is what’s important, not the height.
