I’m starting Chris Shugart’s “Beginner’s Blast Off Program.”
Monday: Chest and Triceps
Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Thursday: Quads and Hamstrings
Friday: Shoulders, Calves, and Abs
Saturday and Sunday: off
The problem is that I purchased a new BowFlex Sport several months ago. I’d like to use it where I can (if not for anything but to mentally justify spending that much money on a large junk of metal), but I also realize I’ll need to purchase a few extra things also (i.e., dumbbells). The budget isn’t that great…I’d like to keep it around $150 or so.
What would you suggest?
