Bosu GHR

My buddies and I have made a poor man’s GHR by locking our feet underneath the platform of a hack squat machine and using a BOSU balance trainer as the pad. Pretty cool.


Cool. You found a use for one of those things. Last thing I used one for was a pillow after knocking myself silly.

Yeah that seems like that would be a good idea… probably not quite as hard as a natural GHR without it, but definitly much harder than using a bench. I might try that as I can’t quite get a full natural GHR yet without cheating.

I just use a barbell with a half foam roller for my knees(my feet are under the barbell to hold them).
