Get a PVC. It sucks, but way better than a regular foam roller. Helps me out a lot. I sit up to 12 hours a day at work and this gets me good and loos(er).

I hate any kind of chem with a passion!!! lol

Is there a certain size of PVC? And I love chem I’m thinking about getting a doctorate in bio chem

Tried something new and didnt lockout the reps came about 1 inch from lockout. I liked this as I felt more explosive and really attacked the weights. I had puke come up, I tasted it and then pushed it back down.

Recovery for today took an am and pm contrast shower the pm really sucked due to the sunburn
45 min walk postworkout really helped get rid of the low back pump

What made you want to stop the reps before lockout? I have trouble on my Deloads sometimes. I think it’s just a byproduct of not being as ramped up.

I really have trouble coming out of the hole and I figured this way I felt more explosive out of the hole and my hips and lower back got more sore than normal. I also liked the idea of having constant tension on the squatting muscles.

Beach for most of the day. Really need to up the conditioning and shore up the diet. Did a 10 min walk with a gym bag with 32.5lbs of weight.

the band stretches in the article 10 sec each side

Hit the pool tonight walked 40 short laps in an effort to loosen up my hips and support recovery
swam 10 long laps with about 30-45 sec rest in between laps
Nutrition for today
Meal 1.) 3 pieces of chicken and a big bowl of brown rice
Meal 2.) same as meal 1
3.)Immediately post workout 40g protein 65g carb powder 1 scoop creatine
4.)about an hour post workout 40g protein 3 cups milk
5.) same as meal 1 plus 2 slices of wheat bread w/peanut butter 2 cups of milk
