Books/Resources for Biomechanics?

Paul- in a number of your recent writings, podcasts, etc., you have mentioned the impact of having a better understanding of biomechanics on effective exercise selection. Can you suggest any particular books or other sources you have found helpful on this subject? Thank you!

N1 training, join up even for a month tons of info.

Pretty much working with the N1 guys all the time. We’re actually going to launch some bro-camps for mechanics in 2020, i.e. it’s not as intensive as the normal camps which are meant for trainers and coaches, but it’ll be where guys can come in and learn all their best mechanics for their structure.

There’s literally no book that can help you nail your best mechanics for your structure. Someone has to look at how you execute and move in person and fix it.
