can anyone give some suggestions on any good books for building size and strength?
Rippetoe’s starting strength is supposed to be good. Its pretty funny too, I hear.
I ordered a bunch of shit last night, sandbags, a dip belt, Berardi’s precision nutrition, an iron mind gripper, and a couple of books from iron mind.

I also want to check out TC’s book.
