Books for Age 50+

Hey guys,

I was wondering if any of you out there know any good books or literature having to do with health, wellness, and nutrition for ages 50+? I’m looking to get a few books for my dad.

Brother Iron, Sister Steel
by Dave Draper

I’d also strongly recommend Drapers “Your Body Revival”. It’s filled with good information, it’s fun and easy to ready, and the man pactices what he preaches.

I also would recommend “Men’s Health The Book of Muscle” by Ian King, for the same reason…easy for beginners to comprehend.

“Aging IS a Choice: Simple Success Strategies for Lively Longevity”, by Gary Patrick. It’s more for the general public than for bodybuilders, but it strongly advocates weight lifting, etc. Should be available through Amazon.com.

“Younger Next Year” by Chris Crowley.
Funny, not too technical, explains why we age, how to slow it down and why you have to workout 6 days a week for the rest of your life. I love the quote, 'The reason we are here, is because dead people don’t reproduce."
