Books About Working Around Injuries

I am a very active sleeper, and all that rolling around at night leads to a lot of minor injuries, mostly just nasty muscle pulls. I manage to screw up my neck and back at least a few times a year, and in the last year I’ve also sprained an ankle and torn a tendon (mildly, not all the way through) while sleeping.

I usually just work around this stuff, but I would be handling it all a lot better if I knew more about what I am doing, so is there a good book for lifters about minor injuries and how to deal with them?
