1.)“Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook That Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition And The Diet Dictocrats”
2.)“Nutritionally Incorrect: Why The Modern Diet Is Dangerous And How To Defend Yourself”
These two books may not be too related to superhuman T-Men and Women but they are fascinating reads. They both talk about how it is not fat (even saturated fat) that causes problems but rather the modern processed crap in our diets. They both talk about the seriously overexaggerated dangers of vitamin A and stuff like that.
I loved 'em.
