Anyone of you guys tried any of the workouts in the book of muscle? If so what kind of results did you get, size, strength, or both?
The Master knows what he’s talking about in that book.
I do have it.
I use a lot of the abdominal training exercises.
I dont recall if he discusses proper control drill techniques for the shoulders in that book. I could go get it and take a look, but I’m lazy. If he does discuss and show ext. shoulder rotations. Start doing them!
