Volume PR on squats. They felt outstanding today, much better than last week’s sets at 340. Rolling into a low intensity deload and then onto the next program.
All good on this shit today. Everything moved fast and easy. Love those snatch grip shrugs quite a bit, and I hope they can make an appearance regularly in here soon. Might’ve rep PRed front squats, no idea. They moved extremely well.
A stupid idea of shooting for a 315 front squat popped into my brain. Maybe by this time next year it’ll have happened without having to concentrate on it. Something to think about.
Thanks dude! Those were the first high bar squats I’ve done since week one of the last program- I couldn’t even do them twelve weeks ago. I’m not sure what changed, but after being able to front squats without raising my heels the other day, I decided to give the high bar squats a shot.

Like I said in the Transformation thread, BW is up around 210 in the morning and 214 at night. I think this program and I are going to get along just fine. The upper body pump I have right now is absurd. This is the first time I’ve ever been tempted to take a bicep picture. They’re not cut up, but god damn have they grown.
