Hey, Coach. I hope all is well despite the bit of chaos these days.
I bought your apocalypse bodyweight program yesterday and look forward to giving it a go while at home. I was wondering if you could give advice for how I should mix in some conditioning to balance things out. I have a heavy bag, a jump rope, and a 1.5 pood/24 kg/53lb kettlebell.
Just some knowledge about me that might help with perspective for advice. I’m a 2A that is a 1A when I have adrenaline surging and am under low stress, but I’m a 2B (sometimes a 3) when stressed. I mostly do powerlifting and martial arts.
