BodyOpus/Anabolic Diet/Keto Diet Support Group

I’m looking for input from people that used one of these diets to lose bodyfat. I’m noticing positive results and would like to hear other people’s experiences. I’m basically eating 80% ground beef 5x a day, sometimes eggs and bacon. I’m not counting calories right now but am just eating until i’m satisfied, i’m lifting Mon upper body, tuesday lower body and am doing a depletion workout Friday before my 24 hour carb up. Any tips, comments, or results you’ve had on this type of plan would be appreciated.
