Does anyone have done the Don Alessi program? Here is what he say:

The Program

Alternate day one and day two. Train twice per week for five weeks. For best results, additional flexibility work must accompany this routine.

Does this mean that I will train part A and B twice a week for a total of 4 weekly training, Or simply training each of them once and train a total of twice a week total.

IMHO, you are correct when you interpret it in that you train A and B work outs twice a week for a total of 4 training days in a week.
