Bodybuilding Style Cardio

I would like to incorporate bodybuilding style cardio into my mornings, to help with my 8 weeks cut.

I know there is a science to it, so if one could help me get started, I would appreciate it. I just want to know the basics how long,what machines,inclines etc…Anything you can tell me is appreciative. Thanx.

look up Lonnie Lowery’s 100 workouts to ripped city. It basically tells you to do walking in the morning to get your heart-rate up to 120 bpm’s for 30-60 min and then eat breakfast.

Doing intervals later on the day would also be a great way to cut.
